ABOUT ME.

I discovered hot yoga when I was feeling a lot of stress and pressure at my previous job and was reaching my physical and mental limits. As I continued taking more classes, I gradually noticed that not only my body but also my mind began to release tension. My breathing naturally deepened, and I started to remember how much I truly loved moving my body.

 

With a strong desire to change, and a growing wish to share the importance of maintaining both physical and mental well-being, I decided to pursue the path of yoga.

 

As I continued practicing yoga, I noticed physical changes such as losing 7kg and improvements in my overall health. At the same time, I became less affected by emotional ups and downs, more aware of small moments of happiness in daily life, and more appreciative of my surroundings, as well as my family and friends. Yoga transformed not only my body, but also my mindset and the way I live.

Yoga teaches us not to choose between strength and flexibility, or mind and body, but to find balance between them. Through this balance, we cultivate inner strength alongside outer softness, growing into a resilient yet gentle way of being. As yoga deepens, it can transform our values and perspective, enriching life as a whole.

I would be truly grateful to share this yoga-centered way of living with as many people as possible.

CAREER/EXPERIENCE

I began my career as a yoga instructor in 2018 after completing an in-house Yoga Teacher Training(YTT), worked for approximately three years at a major hot yoga studio in Japan. In 2020, I completed my first RYT200 (Yoga Alliance 200-hour Teacher Training) in Bali. After transitioning to a freelance instructor, I taught at various yoga and fitness studios across Aichi Prefecture.

I later moved to British Columbia, Canada, where I taught at two yoga studios for a year. In 2022, I completed my second RYT200 entirely in English, further strengthening my ability to teach internationally.

Currently based in Japan, I offer online private and group yoga classes in both Japanese and English to students around the world. I also share yoga practices through my YouTube channel. Committed to continuous learning, I traveled to Rishikesh, India in 2025 for a one-month intensive training, where I completed my RYT300 certification.

QUALIFICATION

2018 – Completed in-house Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) and began working as a full-time yoga instructor at a major hot yoga studio in Japan

2020 – Completed Yoga Alliance RYT200 in Bali

2020 – Completed Bilingual Yoga Teacher Training

2021 – Worked as a freelance yoga instructor at multiple yoga and fitness studios in Aichi Prefecture, Japan

2022 – Taught at two yoga studios in British Columbia, Canada

2022 – Completed Yoga Alliance RYT200 in Canada

2023 – Began offering online yoga classes to students in Japan and internationally

2024 – Completed Body Opening (Backbend & Arm Balance) 12-hour Training

2025 – Completed Yoga Alliance RYT300 in Rishikesh, India
